Job summary

IU Health in Fishers, IN seeks a Clinical Ambulatory Manager for Hematology Oncology. This leadership role blends clinical expertise with operations to guide a multi-site ambulatory team, ensuring high quality care and excellent patient experiences.

You will lead an inter-professional group, translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, and support a 4-office footprint with travel to adjacent Indianapolis locations. Strong RN leadership, BSN or MSN, and Indiana license required.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor of Nursing (BSN).
If bachelor degree not in nursing, must have Master of Nursing (MSN).
Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
Specialty certification related to nursing practice or leadership is preferred.
Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
Required Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.

Responsibilities

Leads an inter-professional team and creates an environment of excellence in patient care and organizational outcomes.
Translates and achieves strategic priorities focusing on quality and safety improvements, care affordability, and great patient and team member experiences.
Provides strategic vision and operational planning for the assigned unit.
Fully onsite role with Monday–Friday day shift, supporting 4 CICC offices with a home base in Fishers; travel to Methodist and East locations as required.
