Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking an Ambulatory Clinical Operations Manager for Hem/Onc Infusion to lead daily patient care operations, resources, and a defined clinic. This onsite role supports quality, teamwork and patient outcomes.

This position is Monday–Friday day shift with occasional evenings and on-call weekends/holidays; ideal candidates have infusion or ambulatory leadership experience and strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of patient care and resources in a defined program or clinic.
• Lead and develop ambulatory Infusion operations with emphasis on quality and safety.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance of approximately 35 direct reports.
• Collaborate with leaders across Infusion and Hem/Onc to drive outcomes.
