Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a Clinical Ambulatory Manager for Hematology Oncology to lead a multidisciplinary team, drive quality and safety improvements, and ensure excellent patient experiences. This onsite leadership position will coordinate across 4 CICC offices with occasional travel to Methodist and East locations.

Ideal candidates will hold a BSN, with MSN or related field preferred, and possess an Indiana RN license along with BLS; leadership experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a nursing leadership role.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC.
• BSN required; MSN or related field preferred.
• BLS certification; other advanced life support may be required per unit.

Responsibilities

• Lead an inter-professional team to empower excellence in patient and organizational outcomes.
• Provide strategic vision and operational planning for the assigned unit.
• Oversee quality and safety improvements, care affordability, and patient and team member experiences.
• Onsite role with travel to other Indianapolis locations; support 4 CICC offices.
