Qualifications
- Requires a Bachelor of Nursing (BSN).
- If bachelor degree not in nursing, must have Master of Nursing (MSN).
- Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Specialty certification related to nursing practice or leadership is preferred.
- Requires an active RN license in Indiana or an active NLC RN license.
- Required Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic vision and operational planning for the assigned unit.
- Lead an inter-professional team to deliver high-quality ambulatory hematology/oncology care.
- Oversee daily operations across 4 CICC offices with onsite presence in Fishers.
- Collaborate with Cancer Services Director and other departments to meet outcomes.
