Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Management, or related field; or a minimum of three years of healthcare leadership or business management experience.
• Prior supervisory experience and experience in an ambulatory healthcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, coding, and billing practices is a plus; RN licensure preferred.
• The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, operational, and communication skills with a commitment to patient and team experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead Daily Operations: support the Health Center Manager in day-to-day administration of locations, departments and programs; promote efficient workflows.
• Support and Develop Teams: supervise, coach, recruit, onboard, train, and develop staff; facilitate daily team huddles.
• Drive Performance and Improvement: monitor metrics; implement improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and flow.
• Support Financial Stewardship: help monitor budgets and resource utilization; ensure efficient staffing and scheduling.
