Endeavor Health is seeking an Applications Analyst I to support an ambulatory portfolio, including Epic Beacon. You will design, document, implement, test and monitor application solutions and help resolve incidents quickly to keep workflows running smoothly.

This role is hybrid in Skokie, Warrenville or Arlington Heights, IL, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a focus on learning latest technologies, participating in projects, and aligning with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in computer science, business management or related field.
• 1+ year of healthcare experience.
• Experience with Epic Ambulatory or Epic Beacon.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, agile development, SDLC, ITIL.

Responsabilités

• Assist in designing, configuring, implementing and testing software/application solutions.
• Resolve routine incidents and requests for assigned tickets, escalating to senior members for support when needed.
• Participate in vendor calls on issues/upgrades.
• Participate in function and unit testing of software/application solutions and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
• Prepare documentation, tip sheets and reports related to projects following established procedures.
• Participate in integrated workgroups/projects.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends and innovations in relevant technologies.
• Other duties as assigned.
