Qualifikationen

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing; Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Five years nursing experience preferred.
• Two years ambulatory/acute care experience preferred.

• Supervises and coordinates personnel activities including staff selection, onboarding, performance management and development.
• Ensures compliance with DFS, CMS, TJC and nursing standards across clinics.
• Provides leadership to meet goals and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Develops coordination between clinics and service lines for integrated care.
• Oversees budgeting and staffing within assigned areas and monitors workload.
• Develops and implements quality improvement programs.
• Promotes ongoing professional development for staff.
• Maintains patient population competencies and regulatory readiness.
