Job summary

Novant Health seeks an Electrophysiology & Noninvasive Services Manager to lead quality, productivity, and efficiency in the Greater Charlotte Market ambulatory EP department. You will partner with EP Medical Director and HVI leadership on accreditations and strategic direction, driving growth and improving the patient journey across the Charlotte region.

Qualifications

• 4 Year / Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years supervisory experience with 3–4 years clinical experience in multiple modalities.
• Licensure/certification in Nuclear NMTCB RT, sonographer ARDMS CCI, CCDS, CEPS or RCIS.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison to Heart and Vascular Institute clinics and clinic administrators to support and enhance EP operations.
• Develop and implement EP strategic growth initiatives for the Charlotte region.
• Partner with EP leadership to administer EP services across the Charlotte region, focusing on patient journey enhancements.
• Train, educate, and develop new team members in technical EP positions.
