Job summary

Responsibilities include staffing, budget oversight, staff development, and driving quality improvements to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Master's Degree in Nursing or other field preferred.
• Current Florida Nursing license in good standing.
• Current AHA BLS Certification required.
• Minimum of five (5) years nursing experience preferred.
• Travel may be required to other clinic locations.

Responsibilities

• Promotes patient- and family-centered care and supports shared governance in ambulatory care.
• Manages Ambulatory Clinic staff and ensures adequate staffing and coverage.
• Hires, counsels, and disciplines ambulatory staff as needed.
• Leads quality improvement projects to improve clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Monitors expenses and budgets in coordination with Nursing leadership.
• Directs nursing planning and policy through committees and collaborative teams.
• Supports interdisciplinary collaboration and community engagement.
• Mentors staff and coaches for continuous improvement.
