Qualifikationen

• RN license in applicable state required.
• BCLS required; ACLS/PALS/PEARS may be required in some areas.
• Ambulatory leadership/management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; master's preferred.

• Supervises staff activities including hiring, orientation, performance management and development.
• Ensures care aligns with patient promises, privacy, and safety across locations.
• Ensures compliance with DFS, CMS, TJC, and nursing standards; develops action plans.
• Leads staff to meet performance standards and support Mission, Vision, Values.
• Coordinates cross-clinic cooperation to provide consistent, high-quality care.
• Develops patient population competencies and age-appropriate care delivery.
• Supports ED/QA with ongoing education and professional development.
• Participates in budgeting and workload optimization for quality care.
• Develops and implements quality improvement programs with measurable indicators.
• Maintains competency for point-of-care testing and regulatory compliance.
