Nordic Healthcare Group (NHG) is seeking a Managed Services Senior Analyst to design, build, test and troubleshoot EHR applications for our more complex healthcare clients.

The role requires strong technical and soft skills, with autonomy under guidance from Application Advisors, focusing on ensuring system integrity, ongoing support, and regulatory compliance across multiple client environments.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 8+ years of industry experience.
• Certification in one or more EHR module(s).
• 3-5+ years of experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Must demonstrate and embody Nordic's maxims.
• Ability to apply problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize.
• Must be able to work independently, as well as within a team environment.
• Prior experience with ticketing systems and change management processes.
• Strong customer service track record.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, previous management and project management experience, and participation in previous systems implementations, preferred

• Performing advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving within their application to ensure integrity, integration, and stability of EHR applications for Nordic's complex customers.
• Fulfilling system requests by analyzing issues, translating needs into specifications, and performing build and testing.
• Analyzing workflows, system setup, and audits, including participating in upgrades and testing.
• Managing multiple customer assignments with minimal oversight, coordinating with Application Advisors and customers.
• Documenting requests and incidents in ticketing systems while meeting SLAs.
• Following change control policies for migrations of application builds and configurations.
• Supporting ad hoc projects and onboarding new team members as needed.
