Job summary

Cooper Norcross Health is seeking a patient services associate to greet and guide patients and visitors across the campus, serving as the primary contact for patients, visitors and staff. You will work with courier services, security, and leadership within the building and campus.

Position emphasizes level one support for property issues, customer service requests and maintaining a welcoming lobby, with strong teamwork and exceptional communication skills required.

Qualifications

• One year experience of general office, healthcare and/or hospitality.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets, guides and manages patients and visitors throughout the campus.
• Acts as the primary contact for patients, visitors and staff.
• Works closely with our courier services, security, staff and leadership within the building/campus.
• Level one support and point person in partnership with our leadership, facilities and support services team for property issues.
• Assist with customer service requests.
• Maintains lobby area including and escalates issues accordingly.
• Strong team player with solid organizational skills.
• Exceptional service skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Some sitting and standing. Approximately 75% standing or walking.
• Performs other related assigned duties as needed.
