Job summary

Concord Hospital is seeking an Ambulatory Clinical Leader who will split time evenly between administrative leadership and direct clinical care in ambulatory settings. Responsibilities include coaching staff, implementing clinical protocols, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role supports patient access and experience while maintaining high clinical standards, with potential to perform direct care or remote nursing services as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Nursing or ADN with commensurate RN experience.
• NH RN license required.
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, retain and develop clinical staff and manage performance.
• Coordinate educational and training programs for clinical staff.
• Develop and implement clinical protocols and workflows; ensure regulatory compliance (DNV, OSHA, CLIA).
• Implement clinical processes to maximize quality care, efficiency and productivity.
• Act as a conduit for department communication among staff and providers.
• Support departmental and organizational change.
• Provide clinical care to patients and document in EMR.
• Meet individual performance goals and support assigned department.
