Job summary

Concord Hospital is seeking an Ambulatory Clinical Leader to provide 50% administrative leadership and 50% direct clinical care in the ambulatory care practice.

You will mentor nursing staff, implement clinical standards, and drive quality and patient experience across the practice. This role balances leadership with hands-on patient care and collaborates with the Practice Manager and resource teams.

Qualifications

• Requires current RN license and NH state licensure.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required (AHA or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years (RN with BSN) or 5 years (ADN) of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, retains and develops clinical staff and manages performance.
• Coordinates educational and training programs for all clinical staff.
• Develops and implements clinical protocols and workflows and ensures compliance with DNV/OSHA/CLIA and regulations.
• Implements clinical processes to maximize quality care, efficiency and productivity.
• Acts as a conduit for communication among staff, providers and others.
• Participates in organizational change and supports departmental initiatives.
• Provides clinical care to patients and documents in the EMR.
