Job summary

Concord Hospital is seeking an Ambulatory Clinical Leader for the Pembroke practice. This role balances 50% administrative duties with direct clinical care to support performance, patient safety and staff engagement.

The successful candidate will mentor nursing staff, ensure adherence to Clinical standards, and help optimize access and patient experience within ambulatory care settings in partnership with the Practice Manager.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensure in New Hampshire required.
• Bachelor degree in Nursing or related field or Associate Degree in Nursing with commensurate experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, retains and develops clinical staff and manages performance.
• Coordinates educational and training programs for all clinical staff.
• Develops and implements clinical protocols and workflows and supervises compliance with regulations (DNV, OSHA, CLIA).
• Implements clinical processes to maximize quality care, efficiency and productivity.
• Acts as a conduit for department and organizational communication among staff, providers and others.
• Provides clinical care to patients and documents in the EMR.

Education

Bachelor degree in Nursing or related field
