Job summary

Concord Hospital is seeking an Ambulatory Clinical Leader who will split time 50% in administration and 50% in direct clinical care within the ambulatory care practice. Under guidance from the Practice Manager and Clinical Manager, you will lead staff, coach, and help manage practice operations.

Qualifications

• RN with NH license.
• BSN or ADN with required experience.
• Minimum RN experience as stated in job posting.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, retains and develops clinical staff and manages performance.
• Coordinates educational and training programs for all clinical staff.
• Develops and implements clinical protocols and ensures regulatory compliance (DNV/OSHA/CLIA).
• Implements clinical processes to maximize quality care, efficiency and productivity.
• Provides clinical care to patients and documents in the EHR.
• Acts as a conduit for department and organizational communication.
