Job summary

LeanTaaS is seeking a hands-on leader to manage a portfolio of hospital implementations and build a high-performing Clinical Workflow Implementation team. You will balance customer delivery, people leadership, and operational excellence while guiding executive stakeholders through complex adoption initiatives.

You will drive best practices, partner with executives, and scale delivery methodologies as the organization grows, with travel 25–50% and a focus on patient throughput and hospital

Qualifications

Healthcare operations experience required.
Proven ability to lead large-scale implementations and teams.
Strong analytical and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead portfolio implementations from discovery to go-live with change management.
Develop executive relationships and serve as strategic advisor.
Scale and coach the Clinical Workflow Implementation team.
Establish standards, playbooks, and scalable delivery methodologies.
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and outcomes.
