Qualifications

• Ability to travel to multiple UCLA Health community practices and maintain a variable schedule.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate appointments with staff.
• Efficiently facilitate appointment making, including transportation arrangements.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize assignments.
• Proficient PC skills: Word, Excel and Email; familiarity with database software.
