You’ll collaborate with clinic teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional patient service across UCLA Health’s ambulatory network. This role requires adaptability, dependability, and a customer‑focused mindset across diverse locations.

Qualifications

• Ability to be highly flexible and travel to multiple UCLA Health community practice sites.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate appointments with staff across clinical services.
• Skill in efficiently facilitating the appointment process, including transportation arrangements.
• Ability to understand and perform job responsibilities and to use required equipment, software, and tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize assignments.
• Proficient PC skills with Word, Excel, and Email; experience with a database program.
