Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of supervisory-level experience required; a Bachelor's degree may substitute for two years of experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field.
• Healthcare and/or Specialty Clinic experience (e.g., Cardiology, Neurology) preferred.
• Regular on-site attendance; ability to work nights and/or weekends; ability to partner with frontline teams and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily clinic operations and optimizes workflows.
• Collaborates with hospital care sites and physician leadership.
• Addresses patient questions regarding care and billing and seeks satisfactory resolutions.
• Oversees daily staffing, schedules, and referrals; manages prior authorizations.
• Leads quality initiatives and performance improvements across clinic teams.
• Manages HR functions including interviewing, onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensures patient safety culture and compliance with regulations and policies.
• Partners with physicians on panel management and population health.
