You will manage budget, hiring, evaluations, coaching, and staff development while supporting HR and information systems. The role requires leadership of 10–30 physicians/APPs and 23–60 caregivers across 3–7 clinics, with some travel.

Qualificações

• Leadership experience and ability to inspire accountability.
• Ability to lead in a matrixed organization and influence non-direct reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Direct, supervise, and coach front office staff.
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and advanced software.
• Problem solving and issue resolution with physicians, employees and patients.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ambulatory care operations focusing on safety, quality, patient experience, equity, access, and financial stewardship.
• Make employment decisions including hiring, performance evaluations, coaching, and corrective action.
• Support ancillary services such as human resources and information systems.
• Oversee travel, clinics, and multiple departments; manage 3–7 clinics and 10–30 physicians/APPs.
• Develop leaders and foster development of direct reports.
