You will manage staffing, billing and coding, and work with the Medical Director and QA Officer to update policies. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to service excellence in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration or related field preferred.
• CPC certification required or must be attained within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum of three years medical office experience in billing, accounting or information systems.
• Two years supervisory or management experience.

Aufgaben

• Administer department personnel activities, including hiring, evaluating, disciplining, and terminating staff.
• Direct day-to-day operations and coordinate with other hospital departments.
• Supervise, train, orient, and evaluate staff; recommend merit increases and promotions.
• Manage registration, patient insurance, and clinic billing and coding processes.
• Ensure payroll records, vacation, sick leave, and overtime are accurate.
• Maintain coding policies and oversee coding reviews with physicians.
• Stay current with reimbursement regulations and train staff accordingly.
