Qualifications

• Current Nursing License to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• BSN from an accredited institution; must obtain BSN within four years if not already held.
• Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Lead change, scheduling, staff competency maintenance, orientation, and annual performance reviews.
• Provide clinical leadership during shifts and supervise staffing to match patient needs.
• Forecast and communicate admissions, discharges, transfers, and staffing needs.
• Mentor caregivers, support quality initiatives, and partner with interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with policies, documentation accuracy, and regulatory standards.
