• Continuously assesses and improves the department's performance with control/assessment programs.
• Uses improvement strategies and tools to positively impact operations.
• Manages on-site activities to promote patient satisfaction and welfare.
• Facilitates purchasing of supplies, pharmaceuticals, and office goods; resolves issues with outside vendors.
• Ensures cash collections and reconciliation follow University of Maryland Faculty Physician's Inc. policies.
