Job summary

CoxHealth is seeking a CMG Office Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of an ambulatory clinic. You will oversee staff, coordinate activities, and ensure excellent patient care while aligning with CoxHealth policies and budget goals.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of related experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and knowledge of CPT/ICD coding to support clinic operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of an ambulatory CoxHealth clinic.
• Coordinate activities to ensure team success and patient care.
