Job Description

• Reports directly to the clinic manager.
• Plans, organizes, coordinates, directs, provides, and evaluates patient care necessary for services to patients.
• Interfaces with other departments, hospitals, and outside agencies to ensure continuity of care.
• Serves as a clinical lead to all nursing, clinical, and support staff.
• Performs various quality checklists, logs, and/or verify completion for tasks delegated to clinic staff.
• Serve as educational support to clinic staff for daily clinical operations – supplemental to onboarding, nursing education, and other educational trainings.
• Serve as support, guidance, and adherence to best practices regarding wide range of quality measures.

Education

• Required: Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

Experience

• Required: 1 year of nursing/healthcare experience.
• Preferred: Previous nursing experience in an outpatient or ambulatory clinic setting.
• Preferred: Leadership experience.
• Preferred: Cardiac experience.

Skills
