Job summary

CoxHealth is seeking an RN Clinical Manager to oversee clinical care for a set of clinics in the Springfield area. The role collaborates with clinic operations managers, handles staff onboarding, evaluations, and process improvements to drive patient safety and care quality.

The position requires a Missouri nursing license, minimum 1 year of nursing experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. Ambulatory clinic experience is preferred; day shift with a 40-hour work week is typical.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing is required.
• Current Nursing License active in Missouri is required.
• 1 year nursing experience is required.
• Ambulatory Clinic experience is preferred.
• Certification in applicable nursing specialty or ambulatory care nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical care delivery for a defined group of clinics.
• Assist with staff selection and onboarding into the department.
• Perform performance appraisals and disciplinary processes.
• Lead quality improvement projects and reports; monitor patient/staff satisfaction scores.
• Coordinate and direct care across the department; facilitate change and innovation.
