The Ambulatory Care Service Supervisor (AC Supervisor) position at our Hummelstown, PA location supports and supervises assigned activities as they relate to the AC Service Route Drivers and Production. What you will be doing:

• Responsible for daily supervision of assigned ACSRD's, supporting service operations across designated territories.
• Supervises ACSRD's for customer retention, inventory management and leads through effective team management and Samsara system.
• Oversee, coordinate, and facilitate the transfer of inventory between HCSC and customer locations through ACSRD's.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, maintains confidentiality, adheres to all federal, state, and local regulations and upholds professional conduct at all times.
• Support Production as needed and required by the business.

What you will bring to the role:

• A High School diploma or GED is required with 3 years of supervisory or management experience. Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Must have experience driving a 26' box truck.
• Union environment experience preferred.
• Excellent communication (verbal, written, and listening), organizational, and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and ability to quickly solve complex issues.
• A passion to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities to meet the needs of HCSC.

Additional information:

This position reports directly to the Service Manager and will be based out of the Presidents Dr, Hummelstown location but will be driving/delivering up to 45% of their time. They will be responsible for working the following schedule:

• The normal hours for this position are 8:00am-5pm at our Allentown location. Must be flexible for a 4am start with additional hours as needed.
• Valid Driver's license with clean motor vehicle record.
