Hospital Central Services Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a 1st Shift Production Supervisor at our Camden, NJ facility. The role oversees departments, coordinates staffing, and ensures safety and quality standards are met.

Regular hours run 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with possible early/late starts and additional hours as needed. Your responsibilities include payroll data entry, communicating production issues to management, and training staff.

Qualificações

• Requires a High School diploma or GED with 3 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication; bilingual a bonus.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

The 1st Shift Production Supervisor position supports and supervises assigned activities as they relate to the production employees in our Camden, NJ facility. The anticipated annual salary range starts at $48,200-$72,000 and is commensurate with experience. In addition, HCSC offer the following to all full-time employees:

What you will be doing:

• Oversees departments to survey work process, employees & equipment operation ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Will be cross trained in all departments.
• Enters employee payroll information and some production scores via computer
• Communicates production issues to management
• Supervises, orients & trains employees

What you will bring to the role:

• A minimum of a High School diploma or GED is required with 3 years of supervisory or management experience. Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent communication (verbal, written, and listening), organizational, and time management skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and ability to quickly solve complex issues.
• A passion to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities to meet the needs of HCSC.

Additional information:

This position reports directly to the Production Manager and will be based out of the Camden, NJ. location.

This is a 1st Shift position. Regular hours will be 7am - 3:30 pm but could start 1 hour early/later, with additional hours and weekends as needed.

Need to arrive 30 minutes before scheduled production shift begins.

Flexibility to shift hours due to production needs is required.
