Job summary

Hospital Central Services Cooperative, Inc. in Camden, NJ is hiring a 1st Shift Production Supervisor to oversee departments, ensure safety and quality, and cross-train across all areas.

The anticipated annual salary range starts at $48,200-$72,000 and is commensurate with experience. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, FSAs, life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, 401(k), and more. Hours are 7am–3:30pm with occasional overtime as production needs require.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required with 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent communication (verbal, written, and listening); bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee departments to monitor work processes, staff and equipment safety and quality; cross-train in all departments.
• Enter employee payroll information and some production scores via computer.
• Communicate production issues to management.
• Supervise, orient & trains employees.

The 1st Shift Production Supervisor position supports and supervises assigned activities as they relate to the production employees in our Camden, NJ facility. What you will be doing:

• Oversees departments to survey work process, employees & equipment operation ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Will be cross trained in all departments.
• Enters employee payroll information and some production scores via computer
• Communicates production issues to management
• Supervises, orients & trains employees

What you will bring to the role:

• A minimum of a High School diploma or GED is required with 3 years of supervisory or management experience. Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent communication (verbal, written, and listening), organizational, and time management skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and ability to quickly solve complex issues.
• A passion to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities to meet the needs of HCSC.

Additional information:

This position reports directly to the Production Manager and will be based out of the Camden, NJ. location.

This is a 1st Shift position. Regular hours will be 7am - 3:30 pm but could start 1 hour early/later, with additional hours and weekends as needed.

Need to arrive 30 minutes before scheduled production shift begins.

Flexibility to shift hours due to production needs is required.
