Hospital Central Services Cooperative, Inc. in Allentown, PA is seeking a Part-time CDL Class A Driver to support linen delivery to healthcare facilities.

The role requires a CDL Class A license, DOT Medical card, and 2 years of driving experience, with weekend shifts and a flexible schedule. The position offers competitive hourly pay and benefits including medical and dental, life insurance, a 401k plan, vacation days after one year, and a home daily route.

Formación

• Experience driving tractor-trailer and straight truck delivery vehicles.

Responsabilidades

• Operate tractor-trailer and straight truck delivery vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Load and unload laundry carts on and off the vehicle.
• Pre and post-trip inspections and shipment verifications and report any mechanical issues.
• Keep vehicle clean, organized, and stocked with necessary tools and supplies.
• Deliver clean linen to local hospitals and health care facilities and pick up soiled linens.
• Jockey before and after each run as needed.

The Part-timeCDL Class A Driver position in our Allentown, PA facility supports the laundry by providing courteous, professional linen and garment delivery to our partners in the healthcare community. What you will be doing:

• Operate tractor-trailer and straight truck delivery vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies.

What you will bring to the role:

• High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years of previous driving experience are required.
• CDL Class A, DOT Medical card, and experience driving a tractor-trailer and straight truck delivery vehicles are all required.
• Excellent communication (verbal) skills.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional information:

This position is based in Allentown, PA. and will be responsible for working weekends and a flexible schedule with varying hours.
