Qualifications

• Certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date.
• Three (3) years of health care experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities related to patient care in ambulatory office.
• Provides daily supervision to staff for prompt, courteous service.
• Monitors operations to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Offers coaching and counseling based on performance management principles.
• Gathers statistics, completes reports and supports daily tasks as scheduled.
• Communicates operating status to Manager/Director and escalates issues promptly.
