Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state where services will be provided or active multi-state license through eNLC.
• Five years of nursing experience.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in interviewing and selection of clinic staff.
• Investigate concerns and prepare corrective action for employees.
• Document and give performance appraisals of employees.
• Supervise and coordinate ambulatory nursing care; ensure staffing, delegate assignments, update policies, monitor effectiveness.
• Supervise and coordinate office laboratory and ancillary testing; ensure OSHA/CLIA compliance; ensure equipment is safe.
