Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date is required.
• Three years of health care experience.
• Two years in a healthcare management/supervisory position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates patient care activities in the ambulatory office.
• Provides daily supervision to staff to ensure prompt and courteous service.
• Monitors daily operations to adhere to policies and procedures.
• Coaches and counsels staff using performance management principles.
• Identifies ongoing continuing education needs of employees.
• Communicates updates to policies and processes across the team.
• Gathers statistics, completes reports, and handles duties as scheduled.
• Communicates status and problems to Manager or Director in a timely manner.
• Handles patient or staff complaints and recommends resolutions.
• Coordinates issue resolution with other departments as needed.
• Organizes daily tasks to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Maintains staffing coverage and knowledge of operations across areas.
• Ensures patient satisfaction is tracked and reported.
