You will align staffing, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with physician leaders and the Ambulatory Operations Director.

Responsibilities include budget oversight, workflow optimization, and staff onboarding to support high-quality care and patient safety.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in NC or compact state.
• BSN degree required; MSN preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and accountability for all ambulatory clinic practice, ensuring evidence-based standards of care.
• Align staffing models, workflows, and clinical processes to optimize patient flow and quality outcomes.
• Supervise and evaluate all clinic staff and ensure competency and development.
• Monitor regulatory, accreditation and infection prevention standards compliance.
• Collaborate with physician and APP leaders to support care delivery and patient safety initiatives.
• Develop and monitor clinic budgets, identifying cost-containment opportunities.
• Lead quality improvement and population health initiatives with data-driven actions.
• Coordinate onboarding and training for administrative staff and ensure ongoing staff development.
