Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in Houston seeks an Ambulatory Service Representative III to perform the detailed duties of a financial reviewer, patient service representative, PBX operator, appointments clerk, and medical records clerk. This role supports site management and ensures efficient patient flow.

You will work in a fast-paced, multi-specialty environment, delivering accurate information to patients and coordinating with billing and scheduling teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years medical office experience including customer service, registration, scheduling, billing, and multi-line phone; or 1+ year at KSC as ASR II.
• EMR experience.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
• Fluent in English, verbal and written.
• Solid computer skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet use.
• Proven excellent customer service in person and by phone.
