Job summary

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, part of UnitedHealth Group, is seeking a Healthcare Services Representative III for the Patient Access Center in Houston. You will manage appointments, coordinate with internal teams, and deliver high-quality patient service across the Answering Service, PAC Radiology, and Kelsey Care Priority areas.

The role requires a High School Diploma and experience in the Patient Access Center, with salary based on market factors and local labor conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1+ years of Kelsey-Seybold Patient Access Center experience in a HSR I role.
• 6+ months of HSR I experience with service excellence (scorecard ≥4.5).
• 3+ months of Radiology department experience in HSR I role.

Responsibilities

• Schedules, confirms and cancels appointments and answers calls from multiple channels.
• Coordinates collaboration between internal partners and interfaces with providers.
• Resolves patient issues and provides comprehensive service to resolve caller requests.
• Maintains computer skills to use software for Answering Service, PAC Radiology and Kelsey Care Priority duties.
