Job summary

You will work closely with the Practice Manager and Medical Director to implement process improvements and staff training. Qualified candidates have AA or equivalent education/experience with supervisory experience, and may hold MA or LPN licensure.

Qualifications

• AA or equivalent education/experience with 2+ years in clinical setting.
• Minimum 2 years of lead/supervisory experience managing front and back-office staff.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day back office operations across four clinics.
• Oversees staffing, scheduling in Kronos, and monthly/weekly planning.
• Ensures patient flow, regulatory compliance, and service quality.
• Partners with Practice Manager and Medical Director to drive process improvements.
• Monitors patient satisfaction and staff performance; handles escalations.
