Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a Practice Supervisor for the Oregon Clinic. The role focuses on overseeing daily operations, staff management, workflow development, and financial performance to drive patient satisfaction and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years in healthcare with administrative experience and 1 year of supervisory responsibility. BLS is preferred and must be obtained within 90 days of hire. Mercy Health offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Coursework in medical terminology and healthcare office preferred.
• 3 years of healthcare experience with at least 1 year in an administrative setting required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience required for BSMH; 1 year preferred for RSFH.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall functioning of the practice and manage staff.
• Develop workflow and monitor financial performance.
• Engage providers and staff to improve customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, policies and procedures.
• Support the Practice Administrator on revenue integrity and operations.
• Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
