Job summary

UnitedHealth Group in Corvallis, OR seeks a Practice Supervisor to support the Practice Manager and oversee front and back-office staff, ensuring timely, high-quality patient care and accurate patient intake.

You will lead revenue cycle front-end operations, drive process improvements, supervise onboarding and training, and participate in change management and budgeting, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct healthcare experience as a Lead or Supervisor.
• Experience in clinical roles preferred (medical assisting, nursing, radiology, etc.).
• Ability to set benchmarks and standards to meet and exceed expectations.
• Ability to work compatibly with patients, physicians, and other staff.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Oversees front-end Revenue Cycle operations, ensuring performance metrics are met and supporting organizational goals through change management and staff supervision.
• Process Improvement: Leads initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity, collaborating with staff and physicians to integrate regulatory requirements into daily practices.
• Training & Onboarding: Provides comprehensive orientation and training for new hires, including technical, clinical, and customer service components.
• Project & Change Management: Participates in and leads projects aimed at improving operations, managing change, and addressing departmental trends or issues.
• Budget & Communication Oversight: Contributes to budget planning, monitors spending, fosters cross-functional communication, and resolves patient concerns effectively.
