Responsibilities

• Acts as first point of contact for Kaiser Permanente members/patients and assists with registration.
• Provides reception services, directs and educates members and patients using KP systems and technologies.
• Verifies benefits, schedules appointments, and assists with check-in and billing processes.
• Maintains courteous relations with patients and staff and follows service standards.
• May perform other duties in support of clinic operations.
