The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years in ambulatory operations or project coordination, with Epic Cadence/Ambulatory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, analytics, or related field.
• Minimum two years’ experience in ambulatory access, patient access, healthcare operations, or project coordination.
• Epic certification in at least one application (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
• Experience with Epic Cadence, Ambulatory, or Referrals is preferred.
• Strong organizational, project coordination, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops, updates, and monitors complex project workplans, milestone tracking, risk logs and leadership status reports.
• Audits provider scheduling structures within the EHR and monitors utilization rates daily to maximize clinical capacity.
• Analyzes daily referral work queues and coordinates data-cleansing activities for accurate reports.
• Coordinates post-implementation workflow reviews and documents feedback for system adjustments.
• Coordinates system updates with the finance team to align scheduling with revenue cycle guidelines.
