Qualifications

• Fluent English; excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Register patients for EMS Transport with complete information.
• Enter charges for timely ambulance billing and reimbursement.
• Transcribe EMS charges as documented by paramedics.
• Input payer-specific data required for claims submissions.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
