Job summary

UMC Health System is seeking an EMS Registration and Billing Specialist to accurately register patients for EMS transport and enter charges for ambulance billing. The role reports to the Patient Access Director and requires excellent English and strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of experience in patient access or a similar administrative role.

• Verifies insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Performs all other related assigned duties.
