Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in B2B sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business with at least 50 outbound prospecting calls daily.
• Build relationships with prospective customers and identify their needs.
• Develop skills in prospecting, negotiation, account management, and closing B2B sales.
• Own your performance and work toward sales goals.
• Understand the electronic components market, supply chains, pricing, and competition.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
• Collaborate with team and internal departments to deliver results.
