Job summary

Precision Signs is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team on Long Island. You will work with project managers, estimators, engineers, and stakeholders to plan and execute signage projects within scope and budget.

The role offers growth potential, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and exposure to signage fabrication from design through installation. A NYS driver’s license is preferred, and prior experience in construction or manufacturing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project/Procore/Asana).
• Ability to read shop drawings and fabrication layouts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and support projects by coordinating budgeting, scheduling, accounting, engineering, production, and installation.
• Coordinate and communicate with project teams, clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Manage project documentation including minutes, action items, reports and change orders.
• Track budgets and costs, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Allocate resources including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Suggest process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce risk in project execution.
