Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking enthusiastic Ambassadors’ trainers to lead onboarding and ongoing development. You will conduct training sessions, coach ambassadors, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple training projects while maintaining a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication across groups.
• Ability to lead small groups and deliver training effectively.
• Collaborative team player with strong organization and multitasking.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with PowerPoint and common office software; training certifications preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; prior training/teaching experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training for Ambassadors, including tours, safety, and station training.
• Provide coaching and retraining to Ambassadors and support staff.
• Communicate progress concerns to Supervisor and trainer; identify gaps.
• Deliver required training classes and maintain trainee records.
• Answer Ambassadors’ questions to achieve job proficiency.
• Assist other facilities throughout the park as needed.
• Maintain high quality and cleanliness of facilities and operations.
• Uphold safe work habits and proper PPE use; report unsafe conditions.
• Demonstrate courteous, professional behavior and guest-service focus.
• Work as part of a team to boost productivity and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain grooming standards and professional appearance.
