Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable addressing groups of any size.
• Ability to train and coach ambassadors; conduct audits and recordkeeping.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan progress, performance, and training needs.
• Commitment to safety, grooming standards, and professional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct department training, including in-classroom and on-the-job training.
• Ensure completion of training materials and ambassador/department records.
• Conduct and maintain ambassador audits for progress and compliance.
• Coordinate with leadership on progress and training needs.
