Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking enthusiastic Ambassadors to ensure a safe environment for guests, ambassadors, and animals. You will train and coach team members, manage merchandise flow, and maintain stock accuracy across the park's warehouse operations.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience in warehouse settings and SAP is a plus; CPR/ServSafe certifications are favorable.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid state driver’s license and ability to obtain a company driver’s license
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Forklift certification and Class D license preferred
• CPR training/certification may be required
• ServSafe Food Manager certification test favorable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift 50 pounds and push/pull 300 pounds with assistance
• Availability for varying shifts including opening/closing hours
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred to support leadership roles

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe environment for ambassadors, guests, and animals
• Provide training, feedback, and coaching to ambassadors
• Maintain flow of goods between warehouse, staff, and clientele
• Receive, check-in, price mark, store and transport merchandise
• Record and dispose of non-salable merchandise
• Maintain accurate temperature logs
• Provide front-line leadership in policies, personnel, security, and safety
• Suggest policy improvements for area of responsibility
• Perform stock counts to balance inventory
• Minimize loss of property due to damage or theft
• Assist with warehouse cleanliness and detailed cleaning
• Perform other duties as assigned
