Discovery Cove Orlando is seeking enthusiastic ambassadors to create memorable experiences for guests while ensuring safety and operational excellence. You will lead training, coach teams, and uphold park policies, all while delivering outstanding service in a dynamic environment.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, cash handling experience, and excellent communication skills. This full-time role requires flexibility for varied shifts and outdoor work in a high-energy setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Leadership and guest service experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with multiple selling systems.
• Experience with cash handling and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe environment for ambassadors, guests, and animals.
• Develop and coach ambassadors through on-the-job training.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and park policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and conduct quality inspections.
• Assist guests and ambassadors with needs and inquiries.
• Support opening/closing procedures and daily operations.
